Since 2010, I’ve helped women identify and understand the root causes behind their life challenges so that real lasting change can take place. With a background as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and as a Certified Biblical Counselor, God has prepared me to come alongside my sisters who are struggling.
Often people neglect the spiritual component when digging for the root of symptoms. I believe ALL OF US need comfort for our mind, our body and our soul! Let's not forget, God has not left us without His very present help! "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

A Bible-based approach for helping is superior to modern forms of therapy since it considers the WHOLE PERSON from God's perspective. One's desires, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, spiritual outlook / destiny, as well relational health / patterns (both vertical and horizontal) are ALL IMPORTANT and all play a role in reality.

Online Christian Counseling: We begin by praying together. Then we'll review your personal data inventory (which you will provide prior to the first meeting) which includes personal history and church information. Next, we discuss your decision to seek help. I will respond with Scripture and suggested activities/changes that you can make to foster change. Finally, we will pray together and I will follow up with a customized emailed homework assignment which will include reading, audio materials, and action items. Meeting Length: 75-minutes.
